I couldn't meet the guide. This is the first time I've encountered a situation where inquiries weren't even accepted. I couldn't do the tour and just lost my money. I ended up touring the old town by myself. You should link the meeting point on Google Maps or provide the exact address of the meeting point. It's very unhelpful to just let people lose their money if they can't find the meeting point.
