- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- For customers traveling with children under 12 years old, we recommend selecting the “Admission Excluded (Pay On Site)” option, as some attractions may offer free or discounted entry for children based on their policies
- Please note that admission policies, including age eligibility and ticket prices, vary by attraction and are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for unused or discounted tickets
- Child Seat Policy :
- Child seats are provided as an additional service only. Customers are still required to pay the regular tour price
- Free 1 child seat (for ages 0–6, under 135 cm) is provided per booking. Additional seats will be charged at THB 200 per seat per day
- Please indicate the number of seats required at checkout. The operator will contact customers directly to arrange payment for any additional seats
