Busan & Gyeongju Private Customized Tour

Mr Kim our liase person was very helpful also by guiding us in planning the itenary. Will definitely book with the same package under same company again in future when we come back to Busan 🤩

The manager messaged me a week before the trip to plan our itinerary wisely. Mr.Kim suggested places we could visit that are great for first time tourists to Busan. Our driver Mr.Jung was very friendly he went with us at the Jagalchi Market to avoid being “ripped off”. His van was spacious we were able to comfortably sit and rest while traversing the beautiful place. We had a great day in Busan because of all these preps. We would definitely get and recommend their service in the future.

We had the best driver/guide (Kim)! He was punctual and very accommodating. He contacted me immediately upon booking to confirm the itinerary. He gave great recommendations and helped us plan so we could maximize our day and we were able to go to all the places we wanted to. He also gave fun facts during the car ride. He was very considerate, especially to my parents who were already seniors and my aunt who was in a wheelchair- he would park nearer the entrance or the toilets, and gave alternatives to places where it would be difficult to walk across. My entire family enjoyed and had the best time in Busan. Highly recommend this service!

Car arrived on time and the driver drove nicely. He introduced us to a really delicious cold noodle place which was wonderful. We had fun and would definitely use it again.

The tour guide Jin Jinshi is very nice. After getting on the bus, he will confirm what we want to eat for lunch and recommend a good restaurant for us to reserve meals in advance. We can eat directly after arriving at the restaurant. The time is well managed. He explained the attractions in detail and helped us take photos along the way. He also shared some Korean culture with us during the drive and gave us souvenirs after the trip. The CP value is very high, great!

Driver assigned was Mr Jin. He is punctual and did give some guidance and places for lunch. We were brought to Gijang Market for King crab lunch. The crab was delicious but expensive and used up almost 2hrs there. As we exceeded the tour hours (8hrs), we were dropped off at our last destination and have to find our own way back to hotel. Overall experience was okay if you don't want the hassles of taking public transport.

It takes about 3 hours to go back and forth from Busan to Gyeongju. The 8-hour travel time a day is not enough, but the driver, Mr. Chen, is very kind and will help us to introduce some simple attractions. In order to prevent traffic jams, we arrived half an hour earlier. The hotel is a bit of a pity, but it can save you the hard work of carrying luggage for a long journey and you don’t have to worry about traffic problems. It is very convenient and relaxing~ The overall experience is very good! I will consider a similar itinerary next time

Driver was polite & professional. Ride was comfortable and was okay to add additional route to the journey. Driver was also kind enough to walk us to the spot if the van was parked abit further from the location.

The driver can speak Chinese and have no problem communicating. He also introduces the features of Korean historical attractions and takes us to eat the Emperor's Set Meal. It is very worth a visit.
