• [Return Trip Notice] After descending the mountain, make your own way back down (to reduce excessive waiting time for tourists caused by different descent times, the return trip operates on a shared-car loop service with departures between 16:30 and 18:00, departing once full).
• [Patients, Pregnant Women, and Persons with Reduced Mobility] To ensure a smooth journey, passengers are requested to undergo a physical examination before traveling. Individuals suffering from severe illnesses (such as infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those in the recovery period of major or moderate surgeries), as well as pregnant women and persons with reduced mobility, cannot be accommodated due to limitations in our service capacity.

• [Refund Instructions] Due to the special circumstances of Mount Huashan, in the event that the scenic area stops selling tickets due to natural weather conditions such as storms, unconsumed fees such as admission tickets and ropeway tickets will be refunded to visitors. However, vehicle and guide fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding!
• [Scenic Area Voucher] Entry into the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents used during booking. If entry is denied due to forgetting documents or providing incorrect documents, any additional expenses incurred will be at your own expense. If you hold preferential/discounted ID cards, please inform us in advance when booking. The refund amount will be the difference between the group ticket price purchased by the travel agency and the actual preferential ticket price incurred, refunded on-site by the tour guide; it is not based on the published/rack rate! If not stated in advance, our agency will uniformly purchase adult tickets, and no preferential refunds will be available. Thank you for your understanding!
• [Shopping Reminder] Shopping at scenic spots and stores along the way is a personal voluntary act. Please choose carefully and properly keep the invoices and certificates; such shopping has nothing to do with the travel agency.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
