Too bad this offer is no longer available. It’s easy to get refunded at the ticket machine. I did this at the London Paddington Station. Pay attention to the updates of train services - here have been some strikes! I travelled to the event venue via tube.
Initially the staff only gave me ONE card PER booking. I had paid for multiple amounts. With a bit patience the the staff gave me the correct number of cards. The shop is not too difficult to find. If you need to read map please download it before departure, because there was nearly zero network (data) connection in some area of the city.
The visitor Oyster card is by far more stylish than the ordinary blue one. It is great as a keepsake and the fact that it never expires makes it great for further travels to London. My sole disappointment with this card, and why I gave it four stars, is because one should be able to collect it at any underground station, instead of having to travel to one of three selected locations to retrieve it. Imagine paying £4.50 just to collect an oyster card that you paid £20, £30 etc for.
Great and easy to redeem. Good to have it when you are in united kingdom.
The subway is very convenient. Unfortunately, the location of the ticket is a bit cumbersome. The seniors who left the message before, fortunately, have photos to make it easier to find thanks.

A good deal only if you are getting the cards discounted because the pick up locations are not at the airports but in town. Otherwise, you can easily pick these up at any tube station and even at the airport.
The convenient place to pick up is at the airport express line alighting place near the station
Very flexible and no fuss to use. It was very easy to redeem as my accommodation is just right behind the street where this company is situated - 5min from Paddington Station. Reloading the Oyster card at train stations is very convenient, the machines are updated and fast. Use this on Trains and Buses.
