Ticket purchases and admission to the Exhibition are subject to these terms and conditions. Purchasers must bring these terms to the attention of any person for whom they purchase a ticket. Visitors must also comply with reasonable venue rules and lawful and reasonable staff instructions.
- Ticket price. Each ticket costs HK$150 plus a HK$20 booking and administration fee per ticket payable to the Co-Promoters and the balance to the ticketing platform. All prices are in Hong Kong dollars. An admission ticket does not include merchandise or any separately charged products or services unless expressly stated. Purchasers are responsible for checking the selected date, timeslot, ticket quantity and order details before completing payment.
- Timed entry. Each ticket is valid for one (1) person, for one (1) entry, on the date and timeslot printed on it, subject to the free admission arrangements for children below. The Exhibition opens 11:00 to 22:00 daily, in 11 one-hour timeslots. Admission is subject to ticket verification and reasonable safety and crowd-control measures. Visitors should allow sufficient time for queuing and admission procedures.
- Last entry. Ticket holders must enter within their timeslot, no later than 15 minutes before it ends. For example, holders of an 11:00 ticket must enter by 11:45. Late arrival does not entitle a ticket holder to an extension of the session or admission to another timeslot. Tickets not used within the timeslot are forfeited, with no refund, exchange or compensation of any kind.
- Session duration. The maximum duration of each session is 55 minutes, counted from the start of the timeslot and not from the time of actual entry. For example, holders of an 11:00 ticket must leave the exhibition by 11:55 regardless of their actual entry time. Visitors must leave promptly at the end of their session and follow staff instructions.
- Children. Children aged three (3) years and below are not required to purchase a ticket and will be admitted free of charge, provided they are accompanied and supervised at all times by a ticketed adult aged 18 or above. Proof of age may be requested at the venue entrance at the Co-* Promoters’ discretion. If satisfactory proof is not provided, a ticket must be purchased for the child, subject to availability. Accompanying adults are responsible for supervising the children in their care and ensuring their compliance with applicable safety instructions.
- No refunds or exchanges. Tickets and booking and administration fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred to another date or timeslot, or upgraded once purchased.
- Ticket presentation. Ticket holders must present a valid e-ticket or QR code at the entrance. Each QR code is valid for one entry only. Re-entry is not permitted.
- Resale. Tickets must be purchased through authorised ticketing platforms. Tickets resold, or offered for resale at any price. Tickets reasonably determined to have been resold, offered for resale, forged, duplicated or obtained fraudulently may be cancelled without refund, and the holder may be refused entry.

Customers who pay for their entire merchandise purchase using BOC Pay may buy up to an extra two (2) units of each product, i.e. up to four (4) units of each product in total. These limits apply per customer per visit, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Separate transactions must not be used to circumvent these limits. Merchandise styles, prices and availability are subject to on-site announcements, while stocks last. An admission ticket does not guarantee the availability of, or entitlement to purchase, any merchandise.
- Photography. Photography and filming are for personal, non-commercial use only, and must follow on-site signage and staff instructions in each area. Visitors must not obstruct other visitors, interfere with the Exhibition or photograph or film in designated restricted areas.
- Conduct. Visitors must comply with these terms, reasonable venue rules and lawful and reasonable staff instructions. Visitors must not damage or interfere with exhibits or equipment, or engage in unsafe, abusive, disruptive or unlawful behaviour. The Co-Promoters may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who does not follow these terms, venue rules or staff instructions, without refund. Visitors are responsible for reasonable and substantiated loss or damage caused by their negligent or deliberate acts.
- Personal belongings. Visitors should take reasonable care of their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Co-Promoters are not responsible for any loss of or damage to visitors’ personal belongings, except to the extent caused by the negligence or breach of duty of the Co-Promoters or their staff. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
- Changes. Exhibition content, areas and experiences are subject to change. The Co-Promoters may change the opening hours, temporarily suspend admission, or postpone or cancel any timeslot, for reasons beyond their control, including adverse weather, government orders or safety concerns. Any resulting refund or exchange arrangements will be announced by the Co-Promoters.
- Personal data. Personal data collected at purchase will be used to process purchases, administer admission and handle Exhibition-related communications, enquiries and refunds, and may be disclosed to ticketing, payment and other service providers as necessary for these purposes. Provision is voluntary, but failure to supply information marked as mandatory may prevent the relevant purchase or request from being processed. Data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
- Amendments and decisions. The Co-Promoters reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. In case of dispute, the Co-Promoters’ decision is final. If the English and Chinese versions differ, the English version prevails.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
