Join a one-day oil pastel class at Leeun Art, a studio near Suwon Hwaseong in Haenggung-dong, with no drawing experience required. In about one hour, your instructor guides you step by step through the soft colors and basic techniques of oil pastels. Drawing materials are included, and your finished artwork is packaged in a plastic sleeve to take home. For international visitors, the class is conducted with simple English instructions and the help of a translation app.

Over the course of approximately one hour, you’ll learn the soft, delicate colors of oil pastels and basic techniques for creating different expressions. Using a variety of prepared sample artworks as inspiration, you’ll create and complete your own uniqu
No professional art experience is required. The class is guided step by step by the instructor, making it easy and comfortable for beginners to participate.
It’s a great experience to enjoy with your partner, friends, or family while exploring Haenggung-dong, and solo travelers are also welcome to join.
You can take your finished artwork home with you, making it a special keepsake to remember your trip to Suwon Hwaseong.
After completing your artwork, it will be safely packaged in a plastic sleeve so you can take it home with you. If you wish, you can also purchase a frame separately.
If you purchase a frame, your finished artwork will be framed for you. The frame costs 5,000 KRW.

- Arrive at the experience location on time for your reservation and show the voucher you received via KakaoTalk or email.
- There is no designated parking space available. Please use the nearby Hwaseong Haenggung Palace parking lot, which is a paid parking facility
- Please arrive at the experience location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. (The experience time cannot be extended or changed to another session due to late arrival.)
- We recommend choosing an image or photo you would like to draw in advance. (Sample artworks are also available at the studio.)
- Your finished artwork will be safely packaged in a plastic sleeve for you to take home.
- If you would like a frame as a special souvenir of your trip, you can purchase one separately. If you purchase a frame, we will frame your finished artwork for you. The frame costs 5,000 KRW.
