What To Expect

Before you even depart for your trip to Australia or New Zealand, you'll pick up your pocket WiFi device at Hong Kong Airport. Simply visit the counter, pay the deposit and everything will be set up for you and ready as soon as you land. You'll get unlimited 3G WiFi access throughout your trip, so you can forget about the stress of sourcing WiFi once you get there. The speedy device connects up to five different phones, laptops and tablets at once and supports 4-6 hours of surfing on one battery charge. So add some spontaneity to your travels with the ability to plan on the go and keep in touch with friends and family wherever you are. At the end of the trip, just return your device to the counter and collect your deposit - there's even a drop box for depositing devices after the counter closes.

  • Fair Use Policy: If the 500 MB daily data limit has been reached, internet speed would be capped at 256 Kbs
  • The network service provider is OPTUS
  • Device pick up and return is at Hong Kong International Airport
  • WiFi devices are generally available, but in the rare event that stock is unavailable, you will be notified by email at least 1 day in advance
  • There is a minimum 5 day rental charge (If you use it for more days than you originally paid for, you will be charged at the original retail rate for the extra days until you return the device)
  • Day charges are calculated inclusively (For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage)
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service (except when you pick the device up 1 day in advance for Mongkok Pick Up)

  • If fully charged, the device can be used continuously for 4 to 6 hours
  • It is recommended that you also carry a portable battery charger to ensure battery charge on the go

Pick Up And Drop Off Location:

Hong Kong International Airport Service Counter
  • Pick up the device on your DEPARTURE DATE at the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
  • Location: Counter A03, Arrival Hall, Level 5, Terminal 1, HK International Airport (open daily: 6:30am-11:00pm)
  • Drop box for returning devices available after 11:00pm
  • Please be advised that you will only be able to pick up your device during opening hours
Mongkok Service Counter
  • Pick up the device ONE DAY BEFORE your departure date at the Mongkok service counter
  • Location: Unit 1301, 13/F, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Rd, Mong Kok (open daily: 10:00am-8:00pm)
  • Please note that it will not be counted as an extra day when you pick up one day before departure

Pick Up Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher at the Airport Service Counter or the Mongkok Service Counter
  • Pay the HKD500 deposit via credit card. You card will be placed under credit card authorization hold. Please note that only credit card transactions will be accepted unless you book the device for more than 10 days
  • Receive the pocket Wi-Fi device and start surfing!

Return Process:

  • Return the device to the Airport Service Counter
  • If application, you will be charged for the extra days of services
  • The full deposit of HKD500 will be returned upon inspection of the device in proper working condition
  • If the device is returned to the drop-off box after 11:00pm, the deposit will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days
  • Please note: You must inform the counter staff that you intend to use the drop-off box service upon picking up your device and have your bank account information collected
Cancelation Policy
  • No cancelation or refunds after booking confirmation
  • To reschedule pick up date (with 72 hours notice, subject to availability), please contact UROAMING customer service hotline (10:00am-8:00pm (UCT+8), Monday to Sunday)
  • You will be charged for the dates you booked if you do not notify us of rescheduling requests

    Terrible service and terrible support. Can't use the wifi for half of the trip. The klook staff in HK never pick up the fall and bad attitude in person. They just said can't help and didn't not refund or provide any supporting during the trip.

    No T&C mentioned for limited speed after 500MBusage daily, with this price I could find much better options. The limited speed slow like worse than 56k era I won't choose to use anymore. The T&C are not clear with the instructions. Shit wifi

    This is terrible, usage reaches maximum level within an hour (without browsing any webpages but simply turning the device on). Does not renew each day so ended up only being able to use wifi for the first hour on the first day only!

    在《公平使用政策》下,每日3G數據用量上限為500MB,超出后速度降至256Kbs 但每天中午使用已經不能用, 想去FACEBOOK十多分鐘都LOAD不到去頁面, 令我每天上街也不方便!!
