• Suburban districts and province outside of listed area are subject to additional fees. Our local operator will inform you delivery fee before shipping
• Customer will be responsible for additional fees on urgent delivery request.

Activation procedure

• Plug the SIM card into your phone
• Turn on “Cellular Data” and "Data Roaming" setting of your phone
• Please read the instruction on the package for more details
• Validity starts when the SIM card is activated in Malaysia

Cancellation policy

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
• No refund will be issued for no-show

Amendment policy

• Changing of delivery address or delivery time after the order has been confirmed will incur a surcharge of VND10,000 payable directly to the operator. Please make sure you input your final delivery details upon checkout to avoid extra charges
