For areas beyond the pickup range, please contact the staff. (For group tours, guests' accommodation locations are too scattered, and pickups take too long. To avoid delaying everyone's itinerary and sightseeing time, we do not provide paid pickups outside the range; your understanding is appreciated.)
• Door-to-door pickup is estimated to take 30-60 minutes. Since group tour participants may be staying far apart, morning rush hour traffic is unpredictable (punctual pick-up and drop-off cannot be guaranteed, please do not fuss over the exact time).
• Between 20:00 and 23:00 on the night before your trip after placing your order, the driver will contact you. You can inform the driver of the pick-up and drop-off location, and in the morning the driver will pick you up and drop you off along the way based on the hotel's location.
• Includes self-driving admission tickets, no vehicle changes throughout the entire trip; scenic area tour time is 5 hours, stopping and going along the way to check in at scenic spots with great views all the way! In winter, enter and exit via Zhonggou; in summer, enter via Zhonggou and exit via Donggou (subject to the scenic area's actual regulations); inside the scenic area, it stops at 4-5 important check-in points, for reference as follows: 1. Shili Gallery 2. Golden Autumn Rhyme 3. Bee Fragrance Station 4. Peak Base Camp 5. Qimengde (approximately 3 hours reserved for you to hike or ride a horse up to the viewing platform)
• During free time, please pay attention to safety, follow the driver's arrangements, comply with the scenic area's requirements, ensure you can be reached at any time, return to the vehicle within the specified time, and do not keep your fellow travelers waiting.
• To ensure you have a pleasant trip, if any issues arise, please contact the driver team leader, online customer service, or call the staff at the first opportunity. We will certainly coordinate and handle it for you as soon as possible to ensure your travel is worry-free.
• On group tours, everyone is a stranger from all corners of the country who booked at the same price. Therefore, seats cannot be reserved during travel; seats will be rotated once on the return trip (the first three rows and the last three rows swap). For pickups and drop-offs, please wait by the roadside 5-10 minutes in advance (morning pickups usually encounter heavy traffic during the morning rush hour; please consider the feelings of all passengers on the bus and do not be late and keep everyone waiting). Group tours cannot make 100% of people satisfied, your understanding is appreciated! For tourists who cannot be reached in the morning, if the driver arrives at the hotel entrance and waits for more than ten minutes without being able to contact them, it will be deemed a voluntary cancellation of the tour, and no refund will be given.
• The drone is the driver's personal item, and the aerial photography is a complimentary gift from the driver. The driver's skill is limited, so please do not compare it with professional travel photography.
• The original drone footage will be sent by the driver within 3 days after the tour ends; please edit it yourself.
• In the event that shooting is impossible due to objective reasons such as weather conditions (e.g., strong winds, rain, snow) and dead batteries or temporary equipment damage, no reshoots or refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding!
