- Children aged 17+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Standard admission applies to visitors who do not qualify for reduced or free admission
- Reduced admission is for children aged 5 to 16, visitors over 65, and students up to 25 with a valid national or international student ID
- Free admission is available for children under 5, unemployed visitors, people with disabilities, and members of large families

- From May 29 to October 12, ticket holders can enjoy free admission to the Brambila, Painter of the Royal Sites exhibition at the Royal Collections Gallery in Madrid, with admission also eligible for purchase using the Bono Cultural Joven from the Ministry of Culture
- For rates that include a visit to the Royal Palace, the selected entry time refers to the Royal Kitchen visit, so please arrive at the designated meeting point in the Palace entrance hall 5 minutes before the scheduled time; the rest of the Royal Palace can be visited before or after the Royal Kitchen tour, subject to closing hours
- Persons in legal situation of unemployment that accredit this circumstance by means of Employment Demand Card or equivalent document issued by the competent organisation
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
