Other Reminders
- The driver will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the 4-star cruise pier: Zhujiang Pier. The hotel-to-pier transfer uses 5 to 9-seater cars, and the vehicle type for the transfer will be arranged based on the actual number of people on the day.
- The tour boat is a large vessel with a maximum capacity of 80 passengers.
- If sailings are suspended due to force majeure, we will contact you for a full refund.
- The package only provides drop-off service to the pier. After the cruise ship arrives at Yangshuo Longtoushan Pier, the tour disbands independently.
- After placing your order, we will contact you via email to ask for a photo of the information page of your passport, which will be used to purchase the ferry ticket.
Prohibitions & Limitations
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

- You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
