get the ticket at the tourist center (near cologne station) easy to use. with this card just hop in the bus and go.
really worth to purchase online. we four people use it to enter museum in cologne got discount and free transport on that day. simple exhange the voucher just in front of the catheral church. easy to find. we did enjoy our trip in cologne. our group included old age, adults and child.

its not really worth it to get this card as most of the attractions are within walking distance. we only took a couple of trams to travel short distances. however the cologne card does give discounts to attractions like chocolate museum so u do save. we didn't get to see many attractions though as it was during the Christmas period and everything was closed so it might be more worth it if u are visiting more attractions for the discount.
Bought the 48hr card and honestly did not find it as useful as other city cards. Transport in cologne is already very convenient by using the KVB app or by using the ticket machines that are at stations and even on the trams. The perks with the card were also very unimpressive. Visited the Chocolate Museum, which the card offered a 25% (3 euro) discount on, but since we were students, the musuem would have offered us a discounted ticket anyway.

its easy to use for museums and public transport. before using for public transport, you need to stamp it inside the train station. you can get at least half of discount for Farina museum and at the end of tour they will provide each participant with a small of bottle of eau de cologne which is very nice;) thank you Klook
