Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Partial refund rules: Natural sea ice formation is weather and temperature-dependent. If ice conditions are unsuitable for icebreaking due to mild thermal conditions or safety hazards, guests will be offered a modified Fjord Floating Expedition or the option to reschedule / receive a full refund.
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
