Jeju Wild Indo-Pacific Bottlenose Dolphin Watching Speedboat Tour

I went because I heard you could see Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins out on the ocean, and I was lucky enough to see a whole pod of them! Before boarding the boat, we received an ecological education about the dolphins, which made seeing them feel even more special. After the tour, we were able to participate in a fishing village experience using the 'Numul Dolphin Coins' provided during the educational session. I chose the fishing experience and had a blast! If I get the chance, I would love to come back to see the dolphins again.

I didn't get to see the dolphins as well as I had hoped. It was a bit disappointing to only catch a glimpse of their fins, but that can't be helped. I understand that not forcing behaviors on wildlife is a responsible, eco-friendly approach. On the other hand, the boat ride itself—which I didn't expect much from—was a lot of fun! Overall, the staff were very friendly, and providing a multilingual web-based app made everything easy to follow without any trouble. It’s a reasonably priced experience that I would definitely recommend.

We saw dolphins, so lucky! A whole pod of dolphins was diving in and out of the distant sea, very cute. The high-speed boat ride on the way back was also a lot of fun. There were clear multilingual brochures, which was very convenient. However: Why was there no 7-minute presentation on dolphin ecology mentioned in the brochure? Was it because out of the three pairs of tourists, two spoke Chinese and one spoke English? I had even prepared real-time translation software to explain it to the kids! This was very disappointing! The driver had zero interaction with anyone the entire time, and after getting off the boat, there were no activities to participate in. We just swapped a sticker for a keychain, and the activity was over.
