Tan Son Nhat International Airport Transfer Service (SGN)

The driver arrived on time and was waiting with a sign bearing the name, making it very easy to spot right after clearing customs. We boarded safely and on time, and the driver also proactively helped with our large luggage. Highly recommended.

As soon as I walked out of the airport exit toward pillar number 11, I saw my name displayed, along with quite a few other names of people who booked through Klook. Although I had to wait a little while for the car to arrive, it was understandable because it was pouring rain when I arrived, and the vehicle was only dispatched by the service staff by the pillar after we actually got there. The driver safely brought us to our destination. Our hotel is inside Saigon Centre; the driver had to search for it a bit, but he made a sincere effort to drop us off at the exact location. All things considered, I think this price is very reasonable.

Easy and fuss-free airport transfer service! When I arrived, the driver was already there waiting to pick me up. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, giving me great peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Convenient pickup and drop-off Vehicle condition: Good Cleanliness: Good Service: Good

Arranged for a pick up at 3.30pm but my driver was early. He arrived 30mins earlier which was excellent as we were also ready to depart from our hotel to go to the airport. Highly recommend to book with Klook so at least you don’t have to worry your Grab will be delayed. The vehicle was comfortable and was able to fit 4 adults and 3 cabin luggage with ample of space still at the car boot. Reached airport safe. satisfactory service.

Instruction was given to where to meet. The person walk us to the carpark to get onto our airport transfer. Stress free experience. If you prefer to plan in advance then to worry about transfer upon arriving, you should book with Klook. There is always Grab but the waiting area may be confusing and there are a lot of people pretending they can do Grab rides for you but usually things can be complicated with fares different from what was agreed. So just book via Klook transfer in advance if you want to start your trip smoothly.

Great service! The driver arrived a little earlier than our selected pick up time, but that wasn’t a problem at all as he was happy to wait for us. Very friendly, punctual and efficient service.

The driver is punctual and polite. The car is comfortable. I had to leave early in the morning and the service helped me to arrive at the airport on time.

Smooth and punctual airport drop-off service. My flight was unexpectedly rescheduled to a much earlier time and they have been more than accommodating to pick me up earlier than previously scheduled! Highly recommended!

Very easy to find and great communication by the staff through WhatsApp before arrival. The ride came only a few minutes after I got to the pick up point. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. The driver was very corteous and drove safely. This service is highly recommended for a smooth airport transfer and to avoid getting heckled by other ride share services at the arrivals area.
