FESTIVAL GUIDE

• The following contains essential guidelines with which all ticket purchasers must comply. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this guide.

Ticket Purchase Guide

• This performance is an unreserved seating event, and only guests holding a valid ticket may enter.
• Tickets may be purchased up to 4 tickets per person/account ID.
• This performance is open to guests aged 20 or older only. Adult verification will be required before ticket purchase, and guests must bring a valid ID for entry. (Born in 2007 or earlier)
• On-site identity verification will be conducted for the ticket purchaser. Mobile tickets and entry wristbands cannot be issued or collected by anyone other than the ticket purchaser. Please make sure to purchase tickets using the actual attendee’s own account ID.
• Screenshots or copies of mobile tickets will not be accepted as valid tickets.
• The transfer, gifting, resale, forgery, or alteration of tickets and entry wristbands is strictly illegal. If illegal transactions or scalping are detected, the relevant parties may be removed from the venue, and both sellers and buyers may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
• The organizer and ticketing platforms are not responsible for any issues arising from transactions between individuals outside the official ticketing platforms. Please purchase tickets safely through the official designated ticketing platforms.
• Tickets may sell out early, and on-site ticket sales may not be available depending on the ticket reservation status.
• For smooth ticket reservation, only card payments are accepted for this performance. (Bank transfers are not accepted)
• Ticket exchanges and refunds will not be available on the day of the performance.
• This performance will operate as scheduled even in the event of rain, and refunds will not be provided due to rain.
• The artist lineup and performance schedule are subject to change due to circumstances of the organizer or artists, and refunds will not be provided for such changes.
• Each venue has a limited capacity, and entry may be restricted at the organizer’s discretion depending on on-site conditions, including safety concerns.
• Ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds are available through the ticketing platform where the ticket was purchased. Fees may apply in accordance with the cancellation and refund policies of the respective ticketing platform.

Admission Guide

• Before the event date, mobile tickets will be issued under the purchaser’s account ID through each ticketing platform’s APP via mobile ticket QR code, link, text message, etc. Please make sure to download the APP of the ticketing platform where you purchased your ticket. (The mobile ticket issuance time may vary by ticketing platform and will be announced later through the official CassCool SNS.)
• Mobile tickets and entry wristbands cannot be reissued under any circumstances. This includes cases such as loss of mobile phone, damage to the entry wristband, or loss of the wristband. Entry wristbands must be worn at all times until you exit after watching all performances. Anyone not wearing a valid entry wristband inside the festival venue will be immediately removed from the venue.
• After identity verification of the ticket purchaser at the on-site ticket booth, you must receive and wear your entry wristband to enter the performance venue. After wearing the entry wristband, you may freely move between stages. (However, to prevent illegal ticket transactions, re-entry will not be allowed once you exit through the Seoul Land gate.)
• For adult verification, IDs will be checked for both the ticket purchaser and all accompanying attendees. Please make sure to bring a valid ID, as entry will not be allowed without one.
• When exchanging tickets for entry wristbands, one person cannot receive multiple wristbands using multiple tickets.
• As a general rule, entry wristbands will be put on directly by staff after verifying the ticket purchaser’s identity. Please coordinate with your accompanying attendees and visit the ticket booth together.
• If you are unable to present valid proof of age on-site, entry will not be allowed. Ticket cancellation or refund will not be available in such cases.
• Acceptable forms of ID for Foreign nationals: Valid passport, alien registration card, or ID issued by their home country
• Each venue has a limited capacity, and entry may be restricted at the organizer’s discretion depending on on-site conditions, including safety concerns.

Security Check Guide

• To ensure a safe and smooth festival experience, all attendees will be checked for prohibited items before entering the venue.
• If prohibited items are found, the organizer/host will not provide separate storage, and the items may be discarded on-site. Please keep your personal belongings to a minimum.
• Depending on the artist’s request or on-site operational conditions, a secondary screening using metal detectors may be conducted after the bag check. Additional prohibited items may also be added closer to the performance date. Any additional notices will be announced through the official CassCool SNS.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

• Items that may pose a risk to others are prohibited.
• Fireworks, knives, firearms including toy guns, gas-filled sprays, and other items that may cause dangerous injury
• Glass bottles including beverage bottles, perfume bottles, and other bottles, cans including beverage cans and other canned items, fragile plastic cups, and other items that may be sharp or breakable
• Any other items that may pose a danger
• Any actions or equipment that may obstruct the view or movement of other attendees or artists are strictly prohibited.
• Whistles, megaphones, laser pointers, long umbrellas, etc.
• Camping equipment including tents, camping chairs, picnic mats, etc.
• Remote-controlled flying toys including drones, etc.
• Professional filming and recording equipment with detachable lenses, such as DSLR cameras, high-magnification zoom lenses, and camcorders, is prohibited. Filming and recording using such equipment are also prohibited.
• All wheeled items are prohibited, except for wheelchairs.
• Wheelchairs are allowed for attendee convenience; however, access to certain areas may be restricted. Please follow the instructions of the on-site operation team.
• All outside food and beverages, including glass bottles, canned drinks, and packaged outside food, are prohibited.
• Unopened transparent PET bottled water of 500ml or less is allowed. Empty tumblers are also allowed, but only ice may be brought inside.

Performance Guidelines

• This performance uses large-scale water effects.
• This performance has no designated seating, and attendees may watch the performance freely within the available space.
• This is an outdoor performance. Please prepare personal items such as sunglasses, hats, and raincoats depending on the weather on the day of the event.
• This performance will proceed regardless of rain. Cancellations or refunds due to rain will not be available. In the event of natural disasters or major social issues, updates regarding the festival will be announced separately through SNS and each ticketing platform.
• Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other attendees or disrupts the performance may result in a warning, restriction, or removal from the venue by event staff.
• Please take care of your valuables.
• ※ The organizer, venue, and artists are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or incidents caused by personal negligence inside or outside the venue.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• All payments inside the event venue can only be made by debit card or credit card. Cash and prepaid/rechargeable payment methods will not be accepted.
• There is no separate parking lot for CassCool Festival attendees. Although the Seoul Grand Park public parking lot is located nearby, it is expected to fill up early due to festival attendees and Seoul Land visitors. Please use public transportation as much as possible.
• If an emergency occurs during the performance, please notify the nearest security team or event staff.
• Elderly attendees, pregnant women, and individuals who are physically or mentally vulnerable are advised not to purchase tickets.
• ※ If you wish to purchase a ticket, please consult with the organizer in advance and contact the organizer before the performance to share any relevant information.
• ※ The organizer is not responsible for any illness or injury that occurs during the performance if such information was not shared in advance.

Photography, Filming & Media Policy

• Photography and filming are conducted throughout the festival venue for event operation, management, and promotional purposes.
• Entry to the venue constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed after prior notice.
• Photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event may include attendees.
• The organizer may use such materials for the following purposes:
• Event records and promotional materials
• Official websites and social media channels
• Press releases and media coverage
• However, if the materials are used for purposes beyond the above scope—such as close-up photography or filming that identifies specific individuals, interviews, or commercial advertising—separate consent may be obtained where required.
• Attendees may object to the use of content containing their likeness. Upon request, the organizer will review such requests in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies, and may, where reasonable, remove the content, anonymize identifiable individuals, or discontinue its use.
• This notice is intended to inform attendees that their likeness may be used to a limited extent for the operation and promotion of the event.
