• Free door-to-door pick-up and drop-off services are provided in Liwan District, Haizhu District, Yuexiu District, and Tianhe District (additional charges apply for pick-up and drop-off services outside these areas).
• The driver will pick up and drop off guests at their hotel based on the departure time and hotel address provided by the guests.
• The car usage time is approximately 10 hours; if it exceeds this, an overtime fee will be charged.
• During statutory holidays (such as May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival), due to many uncontrollable factors such as road conditions and passenger flow, travel time may be extended. For any overtime incurred during this period, we will charge an overtime fee according to the above standards. Your understanding and advance planning are appreciated.
• Please choose the appropriate vehicle model based on the actual number of passengers. Children and infants all require a seat. If you are carrying large or multiple pieces of luggage, please choose your vehicle model carefully, as some models have limited trunk space for luggage once fully occupied, to avoid luggage being unable to be loaded.
• Reservations are not accepted for guests aged 75 and above (inclusive); reservations are not accepted for guests aged 65 and above (inclusive). If participation is required, it must be accompanied by an eligible guardian.
• No littering, no loud noises, no smoking in the car, no drinking in the car, no graffiti, no feeding animals.
• If you need a larger space or a higher-spec vehicle, you can pay to upgrade the model. Please contact customer service to confirm the price difference and availability for the upgrade. If the customer does not truthfully declare the number of travelers or the amount of luggage, resulting in the vehicle being unable to accommodate them, the driver has the right to refuse to provide service, and any losses incurred therefrom shall be borne by the customer.

• Vehicle upgrade reminder: Considering that some foreign guests are tall and have a lot of luggage, if the space of the basic vehicle type booked cannot meet the comfort requirements, you can pay to upgrade to a larger vehicle type. Please contact customer service to confirm the upgradeable vehicle type and price difference before placing an order. Temporary upgrades on site may not have available vehicles.
• It is forbidden to carry or use medium to large dogs, aggressive dogs, large felines, birds of prey, aggressive animals, alcohol and drugs, flammable materials, other unlisted prohibited items in the origin and destination countries, dangerous chemicals, dangerous tools, weapons, and explosives.
