- The service operates in all weather conditions except extreme weather, which may result in cancellation. You will be contacted by the operator the day before in such cases
- Ensure you can be reached through the contact information provided at checkout (international roaming, public Line ID, or preferably WhatsApp for easier communication)
- Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, political conditions, or other factors. Alternative attractions will be organized if inclement weather affects the original plan, without refunds
- The service covers 9 hours. Being over an hour late incurs a KRW 30,000 overtime charge. Less than 30 minutes late has no extra charge. Over 31 minutes late counts as an hour of overtime
- Be aware that activity experiences might be affected by large numbers of participants during Korean holidays. Consider this when booking during a Korean holiday
