Beautiful indoor park. There are few attractions and many shops, but it's still lovely to visit. We were surprised that the food prices are reasonable, making it convenient to eat inside. Power banks can be rented at the entrance, and the umbrella racks have locks! It's full of photo corners. The concert was fun, and the parade was beautiful!
This was such a treat! I have 2 daughters and they had so much fun here. was easy getting in with the QR code from klook. just scanned and went right in. We paid for 2 Puropass to skip the lines for the Boat ride and Car ride. Food was okay. not the best but the character designs we adorable. recommend the drinks and ice dream at the Dream Cafe up stairs- that was worth it!
this was a great experience! I was fortunate not to have to purchase a priority pass as my son has a disability but I had to say, having it made the experience that much better. I would recommend this place as it’s just very whimsical and for those of you were brought up with the nostalgia of Sanrio things, it will warm your heart.
My mother and I had an amazing time at Sanrio Puroland! From the moment we arrived, the Japanese hospitality was incredible… every staff member was so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even more special. The performances were absolutely amazing and full of energy, color, and creativity. You can really tell how much effort goes into every show and attraction. Seeing all of the Sanrio characters come to life was such a magical experience. We also loved trying the themed dishes and desserts inspired by the different Sanrio characters. Everything was not only adorable but also delicious! It made the entire visit feel even more memorable. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience together and created memories we’ll never forget. I would definitely recommend Sanrio Puroland to anyone visiting Japan, and my mother and I would absolutely love to come back again!

Our trip to Sanrio Puroland was such a fun and magical experience, especially for our daughter! The rides were family-friendly, the shows were entertaining, and the indoor setup made it comfortable to explore all day. Sad that we weren’t able to take photos with any of the Sanrio characters, but it still became one of the most memorable parts of our Tokyo trip 🤍✨
it was very easy to book on klook and as well as accessing the tickets. there was long wait times for the rides but with the express tickets, i only had to wait around 10 mins for my turn. if you’re wanting to do meet and greets, get there early to book as all the slots were taken very quickly. puroland does have its own free wifi but note that sometimes accessing the web might be slow. it’s also best to bring cash as there is lots of gacha, label makers, spin the wheel etc that requires coins but you can use card when buying from the gift shops. for the restaurants, lots of tables were taken as people would leave their stuff to claim their table while they order but the food was nice!
Super easy to use. Staff assisted and very friendly. Park was adorable. We purchase Puropass to see 4 characters and 2 rides. Ate at character dining. Lots of people on the weekend but because of the pass, we were able to do everything we wanted. popcorn was cute too! love it!
