Great experience with klook as you fo not need to register on the puroland website beforehand. Simply show your klook voucher and you are good to go. We arrived 15min prior to opening as long queues even on a Friday can start well before opening time. The queue is daunting but we managed to enter smoothly, scanned the QR code for wifi from one of the ushers inside the complex and then booked the Meet and Greet character sessions without issue. Tip, take a screencap of your character session qrcode in case your connection died like mine did! Also the toilets by Fairytaleland are quite cool!

From Shinjuku, take the Keio Line to Tama Center Station. The station concourse is beautiful! We arrived at the park around 10:30 AM that day, and it took about 20 minutes to queue for entry. The park is well air-conditioned, making it perfect for a summer visit! The park is filled with adorable Sanrio decorations, which both kids and adults loved. Restaurants had long queues by just after 11:00 AM, so if you plan to dine there, you should find a table early. The rides in the park all had wait times of over 60 minutes, so we didn't queue for any. We stayed for about 2 hours before leaving. On the way from the park back to Tama Center Station, there's a shopping mall with a large Muji and GU (where you can get tax refunds). There's also a food court in the basement. If you don't want to eat in the park, you can grab a quick meal here or at one of the restaurants in the station!

Beautiful indoor park. There are few attractions and many shops, but it's still lovely to visit. We were surprised that the food prices are reasonable, making it convenient to eat inside. Power banks can be rented at the entrance, and the umbrella racks have locks! It's full of photo corners. The concert was fun, and the parade was beautiful!

This was such a treat! I have 2 daughters and they had so much fun here. was easy getting in with the QR code from klook. just scanned and went right in. We paid for 2 Puropass to skip the lines for the Boat ride and Car ride. Food was okay. not the best but the character designs we adorable. recommend the drinks and ice dream at the Dream Cafe up stairs- that was worth it!

this was a great experience! I was fortunate not to have to purchase a priority pass as my son has a disability but I had to say, having it made the experience that much better. I would recommend this place as it’s just very whimsical and for those of you were brought up with the nostalgia of Sanrio things, it will warm your heart.

My mother and I had an amazing time at Sanrio Puroland! From the moment we arrived, the Japanese hospitality was incredible… every staff member was so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even more special.
The performances were absolutely amazing and full of energy, color, and creativity. You can really tell how much effort goes into every show and attraction. Seeing all of the Sanrio characters come to life was such a magical experience.
We also loved trying the themed dishes and desserts inspired by the different Sanrio characters. Everything was not only adorable but also delicious! It made the entire visit feel even more memorable.
Overall, we had such a wonderful experience together and created memories we’ll never forget. I would definitely recommend Sanrio Puroland to anyone visiting Japan, and my mother and I would absolutely love to come back again!
