Italy comes to Jeju! A visit to Venice Land is a day of fun for both kids and adults amidst European architecture, canals and cozy cafes
Venice might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you're visiting South Korea but did you know that a stunning replica of Italy's most romantic city is located on Jeju Island? Venice Land boasts 23 themed areas so you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a small Italian town right in the vibrant South Korea. An abundance of activities await: go on a romantic ride in a gondola down one of the many canals, have lunch in a cafe serving traditional Italian dishes, walk over iconic footbridges, visit craft museums and, of course, take plenty of photos.

How to Get There:
Park was quite empty when we visited but go only if you have your own transport as the park is highly inaccessible. We took a taxi from Honinji (after 1.5 hrs of bus ride by bus 701 from Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal), costing KRW10,000 (Dec 2016) one way but had to get help getting a taxi on the reverse direction thereafter. Not so many things to do or take a photo of.
