The China-Russia Ethnic Customs Park is located 9 kilometers along the Heihe-Huma Highway, in the western suburbs of Heihe city. The park features four ethnic zones: Oroqen, Daur, Manchu, and Russian. To its north lies the Heilongjiang River, the border between China and Russia, while to its east, south, and west, it is embraced by the mountains of the Lesser Khingan Range. It brings together ridges, peaks, cliffs, valleys, lakes, rivers, beaches, and islands in one place. In spring, azaleas welcome the new season, painting the mountains red; in summer, the forests are lush and green; in autumn, the sky is high and clear, and the forests are ablaze with color; in winter, it is covered in silver, with snow everywhere, presenting a rugged and magnificent natural landscape. "Northern charm with two mountains and ecology, a gallery of China-Russia customs," the China-Russia Ethnic Customs Park leans against the Heilongjiang River and is backed by Longshou Mountain, with a first phase covering an area of 11 hectares. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, where many popular film and television dramas such as "The Dawns Here Are Quiet," "Crossing Guandong," "Old Farmer," "Heihe Storm," "The Great River Bears Witness," "The Age of Rose Blossoms," and "Beijing Past" have been filmed.
To further improve the park's reception functions and meet the personalized travel needs of different consumer groups, we have renovated and expanded the China-Russia Ethnic Customs Park, combining traditional sightseeing tours with various experiential tours such as landscape ecology, outdoor sports, ice and snow experiences, and China-Russia cuisine. It has now developed into eight major scenic areas: Oroqen Folk Customs, Eight Banners Maze, Film and Television Glimmer, Exotic Town, Flower Field Festivities, Outdoor Expansion, Water Park, and Starry Sky Camp, with a current area of 35 hectares. We strive to build the park into a national AAAA-level tourist attraction that integrates ethnic customs display, film and television cultural expo, health and wellness vacation, and physical activity and entertainment, as well as the most beautiful "331" National Highway cultural tourism and leisure station.
In the coming time, we will jointly appreciate the ecology of the northern frontier, relive the golden years, and experience China-Russia customs. One park, two countries, romantic customs – this is the poetry and distant lands you've been looking for! The TV series "The Dawns Here Are Quiet" and "The Age of Rose Blossoms," which reflect the theme of the Soviet Patriotic War, were filmed here.
