The passenger is liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles are required to transport excess luggage
  • Each declared luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes: based on a maximum combined size of 62 inches or 158cm length + width + height. There's no maximum weight restriction for this service

  • The driver will wait up to 1 hour for airport pick ups. If your flight is delayed, please contact the customer service for assistance. If the other passengers are delayed more than 1 hour, you will be taken to your destination
  • Surcharges may apply after a waiting time of 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time
