Shared Transfers between Dubai and Ferrari World/Warner Bros. in Abu Dhabi

We had a very comfortable and fulfilling tour. tours agent has a very professional and client focussed setup. They take impeccable care of their clients and have a very well informed and responsible team. who gave detailed insight of UAE history, its economic growth, places of tourist interest. Need more such people around the world to provide memorable experiences to the travelling fraternity.

Initially, I had a doubt about Klook and the quality of service but we were astonished when the travel agency and the driver made ways to reach out to us despite the fact that I forgot to update the contact details on the website. They reached us through email and then the previous night they requested us for the local contact number and provided us immense support and confidence about this travel. On the day of travel, the driver and the guide were perfect on time and gave us amazing quality of service and also stopped at a spot called: "The Last Exit", it was amazing for food and photography and we were dropped perfectly on time at Ferrari World and after the Ferrari World the shuttle offered us a ride to Sheikh Zayed Mosque (World's largest mosque) and dropped us back in a restaurant which we had requested for our dinner. Overall, the quality was amazing and service and hospitality provided by Krishna from ultimate tours and travels (the agency through which klook had purchased our trip) was amazingly remarkable. I would advise everyone to keep utmost confidence in Klook and book your vacations through them and have amazing memories of your life. P.S: I am a newbie to klook and I am not paid by them for this review. I share it due to the quality of service and satisfaction I an my mom received.

Driver was great. Polite person and tell stories about Dubai and Abu Dhabi along the way. Help you out if you have questions, also provide me with his phone number to communicate. Also made one stop at an interesting resting area, with restaurant and toilets just before exiting Dubai. Theme park was great too

very prompt and on time. we were only doing the ferrari world while the others had city tour. later got to know that they only did the mosque and ferrari world. we were lucky to have got good time. reached at 11 and departed at 6.30

The instructor dont allowed me to bring my own wheelchair..where i need to get rent for 40 dirham in Ferrari World , afterall he ok to refund me back ..

It was a decent trip,quite hassle free. Return trip got slightly delayed, but that's ok in shared transfers.overall it was comfortable.

In general, everything is not bad, delivered as promised, but the logistics are incomprehensible. We were picked up from the pier of the emirates, an individual minivan arrived and practically taken to Sharjah where a bus with a group of tourists was waiting, after which we were taken in the opposite direction (to Abu Dhabi), after an hour of the trip we stopped at a gas station right in front of our hotel) in fact we had sightseeing trip around the city, so I'm not offended)
