  • You may change your pick-up date, time, and location at least one day before the scheduled travel date. Contact Klook customer service or the operator using the number on your voucher. The operator will notify you if the changes can be arranged without extra fees

Additional information

  • According to Singapore law, all children below the height of 135cm must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their height and weight. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
  • If your child is below the height of 135cm, an additional surcharge will be collected per car seat, to be paid directly to the driver. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" box upon checkout

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Outside service areas:
  • SGD 150 Desaru, Senai Airport, Pekan Nanas, Skudai or Johor Premium Outlets
  • Child seat:
  • SGD 10 per seat
  • Additional stops:
  • SGD15 per stop
  • A midnight surcharge of SGD20 applies for any transfers booked between 23:00-7:00. If your transfer schedule falls between these timings, please add on a midnight surcharge at checkout
  • Please note that flight arrivals that are delayed to midnight transfer timings will incur a midnight surcharge of SGD20
  • Pick up or drop off at Sentosa Island will incur a surcharge of SGD2-SGD6 per car. Please refer to the service rates for more information

Can I cancel & refund my booking?

Yes. You can request to cancel & refund your booking as long as your request is submitted more than 72 hours from your participation date.

No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made less than 72 hours from the activity date.

Can I amend my activity date?

Please check the "Terms & Conditions > Cancellation Policy" section of your voucher for more information on when your booking is eligible to be cancelled & refunded.

Scenario 1: If your booking is still eligible for free cancellation & a refund, you can simply cancel your booking and make another booking with your desired activity date.

Scenario 2: If your booking is not eligible for free cancellation & a refund, no amendments or cancellations can be made for your activity.
