- Participants are required to redeem and board the round-trip Ocean Jet's tickets on their own. The booking numbers of Ocean Jet will be informed one day before the tour.
- Upon arrival at Kume Island, local staff will greet you and transfer you to Hatenohama.
- Storage space on the transfer vehicles in Kume Island is limited. Large luggage, such as suitcases, cannot be accommodated.
- This is a day-trip package. The return Ocean Jet ticket must be used on the same day and cannot be changed to another date.
- Optional rentals and activities, including lifejacket and snorkeling equipment, are available on-site at special discounted prices.
- People with the following conditions will not be able to participate in entering into the water on the day. Circulatory system or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover or under the influence of alcohol. In addition, accordingly to your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join us. There is no refund in these cases.
- For guests with limited mobility or any doubts regarding any health and body related concerns, kindly inquire with customer service in advance regarding your participation in the experience. If it is in case on the day of tour, you may be rejected for participation and no refunds will be given.
- The return time of Ocean Jet to Naha may be vary due to weather or sea conditions. Participants with onward flights should allow plenty of time between the scheduled return and their flight departure. We cannot accept responsibility for missed flights.
- As tidal variations significantly affect boat docking and marine activities, glass boats may be unable to approach the beach during extreme low tides, or snorkeling may not be possible due to low water levels. Consequently, the time spent at Hatenohama may be shortened. Generally, the actual departure time of the boat to Hatenohama will be arranged and informed directly by staff on site.
- If it is not possible to visit Hatenohama due to weather or sea conditions, the itinerary may be changed to sightseeing on Kume Island instead. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- The activity is mainly conducted at Nakanohama rather than the main sandbar of Hatenohama.
- Please note that there are no locked storage facilities or changing rooms on Hatenohama.
- Please note that non-snorkeling participants (From Naha to Kume Island 1 day trip) will return to Kume Island at 12:00 (with free time until 15:00), while snorkeling participants will remain at Hatenohama until 15:00. Therefore, all participants in the same group must choose the same package.
- Please make sure to change into dry clothes before sightseeing (From Naha to Kume Island 1 day trip).
- ＜Terms and condition for “Hatenohama Snorkeling“＞
- The time for snorkeling and other marine activities will be informed by the staff upon arrival at Hatenohama.
- The age limited for 'Hatenohama Snorkelling' is 8 to 65 years old.
- Photos and videos of the activity will be provided after the tour. In the event of an equipment malfunction or unforeseen issue, photos may not be available.
- Drones are strictly prohibited during the tour.
- ＜Liability and Safety Disclaimer＞
- Wear a life jacket is mandatory when entering the water.
- When entering the water, including swimming and snorkelling, Accompanying parents/guardians must ensure children and infants must never be left unattended or out of sight.
- For your safety, all marine activities must be conducted strictly within designated areas monitored by lifeguards.
- All behaviors and activities during free time are strictly personal responsibility.
- Any accident, injury, fatality, or property damage/loss resulting from unauthorized activities outside the designated areas, or from failure to comply with safety regulations, shall be borne entirely by the participant. The Company/Organizer shall assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever.

- This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
