It was my first time, and I was a bit nervous, but all I had to do was tell the hotel staff I was using AIRPORTELs, get a tag, write on it, and send a photo. When I checked on the pickup status later, it was still showing as 'awaiting pickup,' so I emailed AIRPORTELs, and they responded immediately. They sent me a photo of my checked suitcase, which was a great relief. I was able to pick it up at Suvarnabhumi Airport before 6 PM. I would like to use this service again.

I used this service to get from Hilton Grand Asoke to Don Mueang Airport. All I had to do was inform the front desk staff at checkout that I would be using it and send a photo of my luggage. I was able to track my luggage, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to sightsee unencumbered!

After exiting the Airport MRT, walk towards the less illuminated direction or the B1 premium currency exchange area and continue further inside. Walk along the corridor opposite the ROYAL PROJECT, and you will see the pick-up location; it is not in the food court.
