Additional information

• For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
• For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site by the delivery staff
• For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
• Luggage can be delivered in 4 hours at the fastest or arrive at the destination at 18.00 or afterwards
• 15 minutes after the appointed time or in the condition that AIRPORTEls can’t contact the customer, the order will become no Show and be canceled without refund
• Please refer to the instant confirmation letter from Klook voucher
• Luggage can not be delivered back to the starting point once it is collected by AIRPORTELs
• AIRPORTELs staff will contact and confirm with the front desk of the property, or any entity who will keep the customer belongings until AIRPORTELs collects them. AIRPORTELs courier, driver, or staff will collect luggage from the property in 3 hour after the appointed drop off time
• Luggage will be delivered to the destination according to the schedule and can not be appointed at a certain time
• AIRPORTELs staff will ONLY wait up to 15 minutes if the customer places the luggage later than the scheduled time at the place of delivery which includes but is not limited to airports, hotels, shopping malls, or homes
• If the use of customer does not meet the booking details, or if the booking is out of service conditions, AIRPORTELs has the right to deny the booking or apply additional charges
• Fast Delivery service is an additional option for customers who want to send luggage at specific scheduled times. An extra charge of 300 THB per order (no limit on luggage) will be applied. The luggage will be delivered to the destination within 4 hours. Operating hours: 07:00 AM – 09:00 PM.

• For Customers Dropping Off Luggage at Hotel (Origin), please don’t forget to take a photo of your luggage and send it to us via LINE, WhatsApp, or KakaoTalk.
• Please also inform the concierge/hotel staff that AIRPORTELs will come to pick up your luggage.
