AIRPORTELs Luggage Delivery Service in Thailand

Glad I booked Airportels for the transport of my luggage from the hotel to the airport. This way, I was able to maximize my time before my flight home to my country. Will definitely book them again on my next visit!

Service was quick and smooth. I was also tracking my baggage while away and saw that they picked it up from the hotel around noon. They also provided a map so it was easy to locate the booth at the airport.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances on our end, we were not able to push through with getting our luggages picked up, but we still give it 5 stars because of their pre-pickup service. The day before the scheduled pickup they've been emailing us, requesting for confirmation of pickup details, etc. Also, the hotel staff told us they called him inquiring if they have hotel staff to do the handover of luggages when they pick them up. This provides some reassurance that they want the pickup to go well. When we requested not to come anymore, they also responded promptly. Sorry, images have no relevance.

I used it for the first time, based on the reviews. After the reservation was confirmed, I received an email with instructions on how to use it around 8pm the day before the day of use. I was a little worried about the language, but when I showed the email screen to the hotel staff at check-out, they were happy to help me. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy sightseeing empty-handed right up until the last minute of my flight. *I was worried that I hadn't received an email the evening before and whether my order had been placed from the hotel to the airport, so I inquired about it, and they answered me politely. Thank you very much for this service. It was my first time to take my mother to Bangkok for a free trip. On the last day, I wanted to go to the night market, so I purchased this service. Very good. This service is convenient. You don't have to carry your bags into the city. It is highly recommended to use this service on the same floor as the Airport Link.

This is just a very convenient way to safe-keep your luggage. Since we had to wait to for our flight we opted to use this service.

the experience was smooth and easy. we checked out from the hotel, inform the hotel receptionist about the airportel service. i also inform the airportel via the line app to make sure they noted on the booking. luggage was collected after 6pm at the airport. recomended for family!
