I used AIRPORTELs from the hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport. It was my first time, and I was a bit nervous, but all I had to do was tell the hotel staff I was using AIRPORTELs, get a tag, write on it, and send a photo. When I checked on the pickup status later, it was still showing as 'awaiting pickup,' so I emailed AIRPORTELs, and they responded immediately. They sent me a photo of my checked suitcase, which was a great relief. I was able to pick it up at Suvarnabhumi Airport before 6 PM. I would like to use this service again.

I used this service for the first time because I had a late-night flight home and wanted to enjoy my last day unburdened. It was an excellent decision! I was able to sightsee and travel to the airport without worrying about heavy luggage. Picking up my bags at the airport was also very smooth. However, unlike the reviews I had read beforehand, I didn't receive the notification email the day before use, so I was quite flustered at checkout, unsure where to send the photos. I found the official AIRPORTELs LINE account listed on my voucher, quickly added it as a friend, and contacted them in English using a translation app. I received a reply within about 5 minutes, which was a huge relief. They asked for my booking number, hotel name, reservation name, and room number, and then requested a photo of my luggage showing the hotel's baggage tag. Since I was about to leave the hotel, I hastily retook the photo and sent it. Thankfully, the arrangements were completed successfully. It was fortunate that I had understood the process from previous reviews, which made me realize that “contact (sending an image) should be necessary.” I was quite flustered because I realized this late, but the support team responded quickly, and thanks to them, I was able to enjoy my last day comfortably. I would definitely like to use this service again. [Advice for future users] • Prepare by pre-registering the official LINE account and having the required information ready. It's a good idea to register the official LINE account listed in your booking confirmation email in case you don't receive the notification email. During our exchange, they asked for my “booking number,” “hotel name,” “reservation name,” and “room number.” • Take a photo that clearly shows the hotel's “baggage tag.” The photo you send when dropping off your luggage needs to show not only the suitcase itself but also the “baggage tag” clearly attached by the hotel. • Complete the communication before leaving the hotel. Since you might be asked to confirm information or retake photos, it's recommended to complete the LINE communication right after checkout and only then head out for sightseeing once confirmation is received.

I was picked up at the time I wanted and the ride was safe and smooth. I was able to ask questions through LINE. A driver came and checked the condition of my bag before sending it. He also checked my passport at the airport and handed it over to me.

This is my second time using the service. This time, I couldn't book a transfer for my arrival in Bangkok because I landed in the afternoon, but I did book one for my departure from the hotel to the airport. Picking up your luggage at the Airport Rail Link is not difficult. It's a bit further in, so you might start to worry a little before you see it, haha. SuperRich is right next door, so exchanging Japanese Yen is also smooth and efficient. The currency exchange counter further inside is also less crowded, which I recommend!

All you need to do is drop off your luggage, inform the receptionist that it will be picked up, then take a photo of the dropped luggage and send it to them via email. I used this service to get from Hilton Grand Asoke to Don Mueang Airport. All I had to do was inform the front desk staff at checkout that I would be using it and send a photo of my luggage. I was able to track my luggage, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to sightsee unencumbered!

After exiting the Airport MRT, walk towards the less illuminated direction or the B1 premium currency exchange area and continue further inside. Walk along the corridor opposite the ROYAL PROJECT, and you will see the pick-up location; it is not in the food court.

Since the hotel was far from the city center, we were able to save time by having our luggage delivered directly to the airport from our last sightseeing spot, rather than returning to the hotel to pick it up. This made things very easy. However, after dropping off our luggage at the hotel, there seemed to be a tracking service, but I couldn't get it to connect, so I was worried if my luggage had arrived at the airport. This service is cost-effective and highly recommended.
