The Chinese guided tour of the Paris Opera House provided a clear explanation of the architectural structure and some historical stories. Initially, it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't see the interior seating of the opera house, but fortunately, the doors suddenly opened for everyone to see inside just as the tour was about to end!

I wouldn't even give it a single star! (I recommend that everyone traveling abroad book local tours or official tickets.) On the day of the activity, we arrived at the designated statue entrance to wait before the scheduled 2:00 PM meeting time stated in the instructions, but no guide or related personnel appeared at all. When 2:00 PM arrived, still no one showed up. I immediately contacted customer service, but they just told me to wait and to show my ticket to the security guard. Showing the QR code to the guard at the entrance didn't work either, and we were blocked at the door for about 20 minutes. After repeatedly explaining the situation to the guard, we were finally let in. Once inside the lobby, there was still no tour guide or anyone providing explanations anywhere to be seen. We asked Opera House staff members everywhere we went, and were told that we couldn't enter because the scheduled 2:00 PM time had already passed. The group ticket seller even looked at my ticket and said it was from a fake website with fake tickets! By this time it was almost 3:00 PM, and customer service never provided any effective help! When we subsequently requested a full refund, customer service replied that they couldn't get in touch with the local supplier, which is why there was no response, and to this day there has still been no reply or follow-up answer.
