The menu is curated by Artisan Ánh Tuyết, who prepared cuisine for 21 Heads of State during the APEC 2017 Summit and is recognized as a “Vietnamese Culinary Ambassador.” Signature authentic Hanoi specialties such as Pho, Bun Cha, and Bun Moc are featured, creating a completely different experience from the standard buffet offerings commonly found at airport lounges.
