MBC World is a theme park in Seoul featuring hologram K-pop concerts, virtual reality drama sets, and much more!
Opened in September 2015, MBC World is a theme park featuring 3 activity zones and is your one-stop spot for all things hallyu (Korean entertainment) related. In the M Zone, you can skip lines and dive straight for the front row seats of a Big Bang holographic concert, dance with your favorite 2NE1 member, or get close and personal with Psy using the latest VR technology. If romantic Korean dramas pull at your heart strings, head over to the C Zone and immediately feel transported onto the sets of popular dramas including "We Got Married" or "I Live Alone." At the day's end, stop by the B Zone to stock up on your K-pop merchandise or rent an outfit and get your hair done to experience the fun of being a TV star. If needed, English, Korean, and Chinese interpretations are provided. If you enjoy the hallyu culture and cool visual tools, MBC World is sure to blow your mind!
How To Get There:
I found out about this attraction via Klook. It was something new you can try if you've been to Korea several times. Attractions/Sections were nothing new but you'll appreciate it if you're into Korean entertainment.
Feeling surprised by the visiting. Quite interesting experiences. If you have time, suggest to go there and understand more Korean entertainment industry.
From booking of ticket, to redemption to experience the MBC World, every process was easy and fuss free. The experience at MBC World had be fun and amazing, where you get to play around at the photo booth, taking photo with artistes who appeared on We Got Married. You get to step into a recording studio (mock up) and sing with an artiste, taking photo with standees of artistes. Enjoy a tour around MBC and you will definitely have a great time!
We were able to get the tickets easily and smooth transaction with klook! There were different fun activities and even saw some celebrities. Really enjoyed MBC :)
Nice experience. You will need to exchange your ticket at the ticketing booth. There will be three zones, M,B and C (MBC) between two buildings. It might be confusing as first but overall enjoyable experience.
