Ski Equipment Rental and Process Reservation/On-site: Official website reservation (check-in at self-service machine with QR Code); or fill out a form and rent on-site at “Olympia Ski Center 3F” or “Highland Ski Center 1F”. Try on and confirm fit on-site, return to the original counter after use.










Good to know
- You will be contacted a few days before departure via the contact method you provided, and relevant usage instructions and precautions will be explained.
- Lift tickets need to be purchased separately and can be bought on-site on the day of the lesson.
- It is recommended to book lessons with companions of similar skill levels.
- Before the lesson starts, it is recommended to arrive at the designated meeting point with the instructor at least 10 minutes in advance and ensure all necessary items are brought.
- To ensure smooth communication with the instructor, please make sure your mobile phone has internet connection when heading to the ski resort.
- If the instructor needs to assist with equipment rental, that time will be included in the lesson duration.
- For essential ski equipment and clothing, if personal reasons (e.g., not bringing gloves, ill-fitting ski boots) lead to equipment replacement costs or loss of lesson time, no refunds, extensions, or make-up time will be provided.
- Please select the appropriate plan based on the number of participants. For example, for a 1-2 person lesson, the price is the same whether 1 or 2 people attend; incorrect selection may affect normal use.
- If different members within the same team take turns in lessons, the fee will be calculated based on the total number of people in the team. For example: if 2 people take a lesson in the morning and another 2 people take a lesson in the afternoon, it will be calculated as a 4-person fee.
- Extended or overtime lessons will be uniformly charged at JPY 15,000 per hour.
- Chinese lessons are taught by native-speaking instructors.
- Once the booking is complete, the teaching language and lesson time cannot be changed. If changes are needed, please cancel the original booking and rebook.
- If there is a no-show on the day of the lesson without prior notice, it will be considered a forfeiture of the lesson after 30 minutes, and no refund will be given. If the student is late due to personal reasons, no make-up lessons or extensions of class time will be provided.
- Snow outdoor activities carry risks of injury or death. It is recommended that students and accompanying persons purchase travel insurance, medical insurance, or relevant outdoor activity insurance on their own.
- Due to factors such as weather and slope conditions, business hours and service content may be adjusted. We appreciate your understanding.
- The operator is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment or property before, during, or after the lesson.
- The operator is not responsible for any injuries or accidents before, during, or after the lesson.
- During the lesson, for safety reasons, please strictly follow the instructor's instructions and advice. If instructions are repeatedly not followed (e.g., leaving the group without permission, damaging ski resort facilities), the instructor has the right to immediately terminate the contract and lesson service, with no refund.
- If the student cancels the lesson due to personal unilateral reasons (including but not limited to deciding not to attend due to bad weather, changes in personal itinerary, etc.), no refund will be given.
- In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, etc.), or if the ski resort officially announces its closure or suspension of operations, the lesson can be canceled and a refund processed.
- In case of flight delays or cancellations, upon providing relevant supporting documents, the lesson can be canceled and a refund processed.
- Items to bring on the day — Snowboard lesson: Snowboard / Snowboard boots (specialized boots compatible with snowboard bindings) / Ski helmet and protective gear (please wear a helmet for safety) / Ski suit / Goggles, gloves / Long socks
