If a guest fails to arrive on time due to their own reasons, they will be responsible for the full loss.
• Tourists must pay attention to their personal safety and carry valuables with them! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take good care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency will not be responsible for compensation if any loss occurs due to improper personal safekeeping.
• When departing, you must carry valid identification documents. If you are unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to not carrying valid identification documents, the tourist shall bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred.
• If guests leave the group or change their itinerary midway due to personal reasons, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. Any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• Travel agencies do not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting without authorization.

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
