• Tours operate rain or shine. Short rain showers are common in Thailand and usually pass quickly. In the event of heavy rain, the tour may be temporarily paused and resumed once weather conditions improve. Bringing a raincoat or poncho during the rainy season is recommended. Cancellations due to weather conditions are non-refundable
• Arrival at the meeting point before the scheduled departure time is required. As this is a group tour, a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes will be allowed after the scheduled meeting time. The tour will depart once the grace period has ended. Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or missed tours
• The cave contains two narrow passages that require crawling. Participation is not recommended for individuals with claustrophobia or discomfort in confined spaces
