Cancellations due to weather conditions are non-refundable
• Arrival at the meeting point before the scheduled departure time is required. As this is a group tour, a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes will be allowed after the scheduled meeting time. The tour will depart once the grace period has ended. Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
