The staff were very friendly, and they even offered hotel pickup and drop-off. The zipline staff were also incredibly enthusiastic and fun! Plus, a delicious and generous lunch was included!

Pros: - Reasonable price - Services are exactly as described - The tour guides and staff at the amusement park are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the safety of the games is also guaranteed. If you want to be filmed/photographed while playing, you can ask the staff there; they are happy to help. - Lunch was quite good. Cons: - No staff or driver contacted us after order confirmation, so we were a bit anxious when it was almost time for pickup and we still hadn't received any information. When we called the hotline, the operator couldn't speak English. Fortunately, the car arrived on time and at the correct meeting point.

It was super fun, and the staff were very enthusiastic. Communicating in English was no problem. After the activity, we even asked the driver if they could recommend a really good local massage place, and the driver enthusiastically drove us there directly.

The zipline instructor was very cheerful and skilled. They could even slide without tools, just using their hands, and could even slide uphill. For the last part of the tour, they even took us all the way to Bangkok.

The zipline activity is a fantastic experience, thrilling and fun! The high-altitude slide and bike riding are also very exciting. Visiting the daily lives and work of the Long-Necked Karen people is also quite interesting.

Since we had children participating in this tour, we chose a relatively simple option. At each stage, the instructors made sure all safety buckles were fastened. Although the buckle check procedure for a family of four was more extensive, the overall experience felt very safe and thrilling. We also saw many beautiful suburban landscapes. After the tour, we visited a small Long Neck Karen village and had lunch before returning to the city. I highly recommend this tour for travelers with children.

The zipline experience was fun but shorter than expected. Two staff members accompanied us throughout the entire activity, and we were secured with safety ropes, ensuring ample safety protection. The staff were also very patient, accompanying and waiting for the more timid participants to mentally prepare. A hearty lunch was provided at noon. The Long Neck Karen village was within walking distance of the zipline facility; the village was quite small and charming.
