Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund rules: Customers can cancel without loss up to 1 day before the trip starts, before 16:00.
• Partial refund rules: Cannot be canceled 1 day before the trip starts, after 16:01. Cancellation results in full loss.
