Super easy to book and redeem through Klook, company got in contact the day before to confirm bus departure time and location. Bus was comfortable and clean, and the driver was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend :)
Nice, modern, spacious, clean bus. Back massage unit built into seat. Decent leg room. On time. Checked in at the main office although hotel pickup was included (we declined that via whatsapp message the night before). At about 15 minutes or so before departure the office attendant gathered us all up and walked us to the bus and told us our seat numbers. Our fellow passengers were all so quiet. The trip was uneventful overall. I'd suggest having some food/snacks prior to boarding as the rest stops were under construction with little-to-no food purchasing available. Highly recommended!
