• If there are temporary policies at the destination, we will inform you as soon as we receive notification. If any consequential losses occur beyond the activity registration fee (including additional transportation, accommodation, and other losses purchased by tourists themselves or booked through our company), such losses shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
• Due to this activity involving outdoor hiking, long-distance bus travel, thrilling activities, etc., participants must ensure they are in good health suitable for travel. Visitors with conditions such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, patients in the recovery period of major or medium surgeries, those with mobility impairments, and pregnant women are strictly prohibited from participating. Those registering on behalf of others must accurately understand whether the registered person's health condition meets the requirements of this itinerary.
• The applicable age range for this activity is 12-50 years old. According to relevant provisions of the Tourism Law, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian to join the tour group, and the guardian is responsible for their care throughout the trip.
• This event is not open to unregistered users (including unregistered infants). For the health and experience of others, pets are not allowed at this event.

• Staff will arrange rooms based on accommodation reservations, with the principle of sharing rooms among group members of the same gender. If you need to stay in the same room with family/friends, please inform the staff after registration. If a single person registers and requests a private room, please contact the staff to confirm if it can be arranged. If it can be arranged, the single room supplement fee will be at your own expense.
• If you hold special certificates that may entitle you to discounts, such as military officer certificates, press cards, disability certificates, senior citizen certificates, student certificates, or medical staff certificates, please contact our staff within one day after registration to inform them and submit relevant documents. This is because travel agencies offer discounted tickets for scenic spots, and any discounts or reductions will be refunded based on the travel agency's discounted price, not the scenic spot's listed price.
• Some attractions may require visitors' personal information for advance ticket reservations (the travel document carried must be consistent with the document used for ticketing). If an attraction cannot be visited due to objective reasons such as tickets being sold out, our company will replace it with another attraction for you, and any resulting costs will be refunded or supplemented accordingly.
• The scenery of the relevant attractions involved in the itinerary may be affected by weather, seasonal changes, and other factors, and cannot be guaranteed to be consistent with what is displayed in the activity description. Tourists who sign up are deemed to have acknowledged and understood this situation.
• The tour guide or team leader displayed on the activity introduction page may not be the final actual team leader. The company reserves the right to make adjustments based on actual circumstances such as activity arrangements. By registering, tourists acknowledge and understand this situation.
• During the actual trip of this activity, with the consent of the guests, the team leader may make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary (such as adjusting the order of attractions, changing the meeting time, etc.) based on weather, traffic, and other conditions, to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
• If the event encounters force majeure factors, such as traffic delays, strikes, weather, airplane or train malfunctions, flight cancellations or schedule changes, airport closures, scenic spot closures, etc., or events that the travel agency or auxiliary performers cannot avoid despite having exercised reasonable due diligence, our company will make every effort to assist in handling itinerary changes. If there is a price difference, the excess will be refunded and the deficit will be compensated.
• If the activity is canceled before departure or the remaining itinerary is canceled midway due to force majeure, in accordance with the "Travel Contract," the activity fees will deduct the portion already paid to the auxiliary performer and non-refundable, and the remaining balance will be returned to the original payment account.
• If a tourist temporarily withdraws from an activity midway due to personal reasons, they must sign a withdrawal agreement. All safety responsibilities and expenses after withdrawal shall be borne by the tourist themselves. During the withdrawal process, any unused and refundable fees included in the tour package can be refunded to the tourist, with the actual refund amount based on the travel agency's discounted price. Fees already paid by the company to auxiliary service providers and that cannot be refunded will not be refunded to the tourist.
• During the itinerary, there are shopping venues not arranged by our company in scenic spots, restaurants, rest areas, and other places. Our company reminds you to consume rationally and ask for receipts. If any consumer disputes arise, they will be resolved by you and the merchant selling the goods.
• As the organizer of the event, our agency owns the right to use all photos, videos, and other materials during the travel activity.

Cancellation policy

• According to the participant's application for refund or change after registering for the activity and making payment due to personal reasons (due to force majeure "including but not limited to those caused by natural and social reasons, such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist activities, riots, strikes, sudden public events, traffic delays, strikes, coups, road blockages, vehicle breakdowns, car failures, scenic spot closures, flight cancellations, local government actions, etc.")
• If you withdraw before 18:00 on the 10th day before the trip, the full amount paid will be refunded.
• If you withdraw 6-10 days before the trip and before 18:00, 40% of the activity fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• If you withdraw before 18:00, 3-6 days before the trip, 60% of the activity fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• If you withdraw 1-2 days before the trip and before 18:00, 80% of the activity fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• If you withdraw after the trip begins (including the assembly day), no fees will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
