Prepare for a feast that’s as vibrant as it is delicious! Dive into a culinary adventure that celebrates the finest flavors from land and ocean, featuring unlimited fresh oysters (Dinner buffet only), succulent seafood, and premium meat dishes. Easter-exclusive creations like Crab Roe Deviled Eggs, Honey-Glazed Ham, and Roasted Leg of Lamb will take your taste buds on a journey. The signature seafood station will continue to be available, showcasing Japanese cooked abalone, lobster, and snow crab legs. Certain items are exclusively offered during the weekend lunch and dinner buffets. But the fun doesn’t stop at the food!

During the above period, we have prepared an Easter eggs DIY and painting workshop, along with a “Hunt the Bunnies” activity to add to the festivities. Additionally, live face-painting will be available from April 3 to 5. Keep an eye out for the adorable bunny hopping around the 6th floor and WOOBAR at KITCHEN, spreading joy and handing out chocolate eggs to make your Easter celebration even more FUN-tastic!

A Vibrant Shanghai-themed buffet in partnership with W Shanghai – The Bund, available from March 3 to June 3, 2026

KITCHEN at W Hong Kong presents a vibrant Shanghai-themed buffet in partnership with W Shanghai – The Bund, available from March 3 to June 3, 2026. This exclusive dining experience showcases the contemporary Shanghainese cuisine of Chinese Executive Chef Alan Li, who brings the dynamic flavours of the Bund to W Hong Kong. The buffet reimagines classic Jiangnan and Shanghainese favourites with a bold, modern twist, offering guests a direct taste of W Shanghai’s innovative energy.

Guests can indulge in the aromatic depth of Stir-Fried Shrimp with Lime and the luxurious richness of Braised Pork Belly with Fermented Red Bean Curd, both featured at dinner. The journey includes a selection of delicate cold dishes, such as Dried Tangerine Peel Four Happiness Roast Gluten and Pickled Vegetables with Edamame and Sakura Shrimp, as well as traditional Chinese soups like Chicken Soup with Fresh Meat Dumplings and Shaoxing Aged Hua Diao Soup to warm your soul. Morel mushrooms and sumptuous main courses, such as Salted Egg Yolk Baked Crab and Crispy Aromatic Duck, are all presented with contemporary flair. Pair these flavorful dishes with our special drink, salted soda, to elevate your dining experience.

At the heart of this interactive dining experience is a live station dedicated to authentic Shanghai dim sum. Diners can watch as chefs skillfully prepare delicate Shanghai Soup Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), crisp Pan-Fried Wontons, and flaky Ham and Preserved Vegetable Puffs to order, bringing the bustling, authentic spirit of Shanghai’s culinary scene directly to the table. The buffet concludes with traditional sweet treats, including Mini Rice Balls with Sweet Rice Wine and Steamed Glutinous Rice Cake with Dried Osmanthus.

Beyond the specially curated Shanghainese offerings, the restaurant will continue to feature its famed signature Chilled Seafood Bar. This impressive spread offers a premium chef’s selections of *lobster, clams, blue mussels, brown crab, and *snow crab legs, with certain items available during *dinner or *weekend lunches.
