• Pickup from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach located near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, please come to a nearby hotel. The exact pick-up time will be informed by email after you have made the booking.
• If you stay at Railay Beach, please come to the meeting point at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15 minute longtail boat ride from Railay East.
• If you stay at Tonsai Beach, please come to the meeting point at THE COFFEE CLUB - Ao Nang.
• If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
• If you stay at Islanda Hideaway Resort, we offer a pickup service from 7-Eleven near Thara Park Pier in Krabi Town.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Pick-up information

• Hotel pickup is available in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang, and Tubkaek Beach (main road areas only). If your accommodation is located on a hill, please make your way to the nearest hotel on the main road for pickup. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed via email after booking
