To be honest, there was a bit of a problem with the transfer. I tried to contact the main office so I can get hold of the driver's phone number however it took them half an hour to help me out with my dilemma. But will still give a 5 star rating because kuya driver who picked me up was really nice and I was alone in the car, as if I booked a private car for my trip to my hotel from the seaport.
My transfer from the port to my accommodation in Panglao was smooth and very convenient. The driver arrived on time and allowed a little trip to a convenience and atm on the way to my hotel.
The driver came very punctually, waited at the hotel door, did not contact me via WhatsApp or phone, and needed to find a car by himself. The itinerary was smooth, and 12 Peso of change was required to pay the temporary car entrance fee at the TAG terminal.
Very good service provided. The driver was on time at our hotel, we expected a minibus for a shared transfer however it was a private transfer straight to the docks. No complaints.
The driver arrived early and was holding a signage with my name on it. He was friendly and accommodating when I requested to have a quick stop to buy medicine.
I think it's a good time to review. I used it twice this time and it looks like I'm waiting before the appointment. Usually ask your local travel agency about Panglao-Tagbilaran Wharf for about 600 pesos.
