To be honest, there was a bit of a problem with the transfer. I tried to contact the main office so I can get hold of the driver's phone number however it took them half an hour to help me out with my dilemma. But will still give a 5 star rating because kuya driver who picked me up was really nice and I was alone in the car, as if I booked a private car for my trip to my hotel from the seaport.
The driver came very punctually, waited at the hotel door, did not contact me via WhatsApp or phone, and needed to find a car by himself. The itinerary was smooth, and 12 Peso of change was required to pay the temporary car entrance fee at the TAG terminal.
Very good service provided. The driver was on time at our hotel, we expected a minibus for a shared transfer however it was a private transfer straight to the docks. No complaints.
He waited in advance and moved quickly and accurately. Vehicle condition was very good, too!
No star for this. The driver did not turn up. I ended up arranging another transport. In fairness with customer service of klook they are very helpful. I was given go signal to book another transport because the local provider did not show up. I will just wait for my refund
