5 stars for this tour! Eobi valley has a spectacular view. The snow and ice look much more beautiful than you would see in Seoul. You can take some good pictures in front of the ice wall! Skiing at Vivaldi was really fun, and Vivaldi park has a lot of facilities to enjoy and rest other than ski/sled! Our tour guide spoke fluent English and Mandarin so you don’t need to worry about the language. I strongly recommend this tour if you want to experience a great winter view and ski/sled in Korea. Book a ski/sled included package will be a perfect choice for this tour!
We had a great experience visiting Vivaldi and Nami Island with Philip as our tour guide. He was friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-organized, and everything went smoothly. Philip made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. Highly recommended⭐️
I am a solo traveler who went to Seoul, Korea. Since it's winter, I wanted to go on a snowy place, which is why I booked this trip. It was amazing. The tour guides B.I. and Ella were very informative and helpful, guiding us along the way. B.I taught us how to skii and Ella guided the snowboarder group. I enjoyed skiing and I enjoyed this trip. I recommend this to everyone.
It was a fun and smooth experience. Everything happened as scheduled and having the bus transfer made it super convenient. Our guide, Min, was kind and patient. We did the ski lesson with him and he was very patient with all of us who were learning to ski for the first time. This is my third time with this tour company (I did their Nami Island tour twice) and so far my experience has been consistently good. TIP: Bring cash to Vivaldi for the locker rental for your shoes. It’s only 1,000 won. We only brought our cards because we don’t carry cash in our wallets but the other guide thankfully had extra cash so we were able to borrow from him, and we returned it after coming back on the bus. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the choice in the ski gear rental shop. The one we went to only had ski clothes that seemed really worn and old. It did not seem like they washed them well after every customer’s use so I hope the tour company considers switching partners.
Great trip with kind and friendly guide Minsu(Mini), had so much fun at snowyland with snowy coaster and snowy tornado ride. We'll be back someday to skiing
A very good experience, Steve the team leader is very attentive. The skiing time was just right, and after learning the basic skills, he accompanied us up a small slope to ski down. I originally thought I couldn't do it, but with him, I completed it smoothly. I'm very grateful and was able to enjoy the fun of skiing. Steve is an excellent photographer. It would be better if the stay on Nami Island could be longer, about 2 hours. There are many places on the island suitable for children to play, and there are also small animals to see. I highly recommend this trip to everyone. After playing, you can get back on the bus and rest.
5 stars for Robert and Tourstory! The trip to Vivaldi and Nami Island was seamless. Robert was very professional, patient, and went out of his way to help us throughout the day. His English is excellent and his energy is great. If you get him as your guide, you’re in good hands!
Very good. The guide is very handsome and provides excellent service. There's food available to buy, but it was a bit crowded when we went because it was the summer break for kids, so there were a lot of people. But it was still fun. I recommend this tour because the guide is very good. Guide Robert is very informative, speaks well, provides good service, and is kind too, plus he's very handsome.
Tour guide Ella was very accomodating and kind. Had a great time at Vivaldi Park trying sledding activities and a relaxing time in Nami Island. Convenient pick-up at Namsan Yejang Public Parking Lot and drop-off at Lotte Department Store. Will definitely book gain in the future and strongly recommend this tour to friends and relatives.
