Both the consultation manager and the doctor kindly explained the precautions and expected progress tailored to my skin type. They also checked in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort, which put me completely at ease. My skin texture feels much smoother and lighter after the treatment, so I’m very satisfied. See you again at my next appointment!
