Horseback Riding Experience in Phuket

I had a wonderful experience with the horseback riding tour. From the moment I arrived, I could see that the horses were beautiful, strong, and clearly well taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident about the ride. Throughout the entire experience, there was always a guide accompanying us, making sure everything was safe and under control. This made it easy to relax and enjoy the ride without any worries, even for someone without much experience. I was given a horse that was quite energetic, which made me a bit nervous at first. However, everything turned out to be perfectly fine, and I quickly felt more at ease as the ride continued. The highlight of the experience was definitely riding into the sea it was very memorable and unique. Overall, the atmosphere was calm, safe, and enjoyable. I truly enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special and different.

we had the best time here! family of 4. kids aged 8 and 12. they are already asking to go back and do it again before we leave. upon arrival, you can tell the horse farm is clean and th horses well taken care of. I was scared we would be supporting a place with bad conditions but don’t fret. the horses are so well taken care of and it shows in their appearance. the guides who led us at the beach were kind and patient. Tip them well for a job well done. :) thanks for the memories.

This is one of the best activities I did in Phuket and worth every cent but I felt sorry for the guys walking with the horse at the beach while I’m on the horse😮‍💨. But he was very helpful in many ways, very kind too-I forgot his name. I did the 4pm slot though I wanted the sunset slot, it was fully booked. And apparently you can also request to ride a white horse-just state it on your booking details before hand.

Tip: this place is really far out so if you’re not staying close by, suggest you leave enough time for getting there! I was soooo late! luckily, they still let me have my session. thank you!!! I chosen to do the sunset horse riding and hands on heart, it was so worth it! it was soooo beautiful, the guide was so kind, helped with photos and videos! so don’t worry if you’re travelling solo! I didn’t choose the option with round trip transfer which I think I really should have because the place was so far out, by the time it ended, it was almost 7pm and getting a GRAB back was such a pain! there were so many drivers rejecting! I only managed after 5-6 attempts! go for the sunset option… it was jaw dropping beautiful!

Originally, the sunset horseback riding was scheduled for 5:30, but I didn't expect that I would start calling for a car from the Patong area at 4:00 and wait 20 minutes to get in the car. Then, there was a big traffic jam all the way, and I didn't arrive at the horse farm until almost 6:00. Then, I changed my shoes, put on a helmet, and continued to take their shuttle bus to the beach (about 10 minutes).... Although I didn't see the sunset, riding horses on the beach was still a great experience. The boy leading the horse kept taking pictures for you. It's a pity that the original one-hour ride was only about 20 minutes long because I was late. Friends who have signed up must leave early!

Absolutely loved it, highly recommend! It was the highlight of our entire trip. Definitely no regrets paying a bit more for the sunset horseback riding; it was totally worth it! The only downside was that the Klook website didn't always have real-time updates on availability, so we had to wait for a response only to find out there were no spots and we had to choose another day, which was a bit disappointing. Luckily, after communicating with Klook staff, they refunded the promotional credit, so we didn't lose out. The stable staff were very friendly and professional. They were very skilled at taking photos and videos, and the horses were gentle. After the ride, my body was a bit sore and tired. Overall, it's a must-do!

I think it was a fantastic experience. The horses were very gentle. I've ridden horses in the mountains and on grasslands, but this was my first time on the beach. The horses walked very steadily even when the waves came in. The club staff were also very enthusiastic; they took many photos and videos of me from various angles and even told me the horses' names. When there was no sunset on my scheduled day, they readily agreed to reschedule for the next day. I highly recommend everyone try this experience.

We were so lucky to have beautiful weather and a gorgeous sunset. Horseback riding on the beach was wonderful; the horses were very gentle and easy to control.

A unique experience, I had a timeless moment, Yan the instructor who accompanied me was just adorable, extremely kind, he took photos and videos of me to immortalize the moment.. What bothered me was that he had to walk along the beach the whole time beside me…But being a beginner he preferred to secure (me and Bruno the horse, that's his name 😊) The sunset was breathtaking, the beach is beautiful and really ideal for this horseback ride. Everything is very well organized… in short, it remains my best activity in Thailand. So thank you to Club Horse de Layan for all that 🙏

It is my first time to ride a horse. The staff are really friendly, they know how to take great photo and videos too. the horses are wonderful and just a recommendation book the sunset ride and feed. Majestic view and great for photo shoots.
