The pick up location is convenience and the process is hassle free. Just to be reminded that the pick up counter is located in the baggage reclaim hall, before going through the custom check. They have an orange paper sign “Klook”, sticked in front of their counter. They will help you to change the SIM card professionally and the signal is good. Although I believe there might be cheaper options back in your hometown so I give it 4 stars.

The redemption was process smooth and the girl helped to put in the SIM and it was a great experience. No need to waste time to look for SIM Card. It was wonderful to buy from KLOOK and it was cheaper than buying from onsite. Thank you for the great product and service.

Overall are good but the only small thing are the staff can't really understand English well so we took sometime to talk to them for the things that we want. The location of store was very easy to find and the process to collect the sim card was fast too. Besides, the price was very reasonable.

The redemption counter is near the luggage collection, so don't exit before collecting it. The staffs are very helpful in putting in the SIM card for us and making sure there's connection.

For the second time I make sure that it is very convenient to take through klook simcarts at the airport. Information is available, understandable and in advance of arrival you can order at a pleasant price. In the city itself, the same cards are more expensive.

After passing through the security check, just head downstairs and you will find a row of telecommunication shops. You will see a shop with Klook sign at their counter. They will installed it for you, quick and easy. I'm using Hey90 plan package, it's convenient because not every place has internet connection. You may use it for calling between your group without any hassle since their coverage is great. For the internet usage, their quota surely enough for daily use in a week unless use it video streaming.

The counter was on the far left of the hall as you descend the left side escalators from immigration towards baggage claim. Very easy to collect sim card using mobile voucher and the girl inserted the card into my phone for me. Too easy! Unfortunately there were no printed instructions on how to check balance, etc. Just a card as per photo.

Pick up at the airport. After passing through the quarters, the counter is opposite the baggage claim. Service staff is very good, fast, friendly, change SIM too.
