The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and place approximately 1 day in advance. Please keep your communication open and be sure to arrive on time on the day of the tour.
• If any quality issues arise, please contact the travel agency on the same day to negotiate a resolution. Our agency handles complaints based on the feedback form.
• Martial arts performances can be watched at your convenience (no refunds for fees); regular martial arts performance times: 4 shows daily, at 10:30, 11:30, 15:00, and 16:30; the scenic area will adjust performance times and schedules according to the season or venue.
